Laura Jakosky loves food and travel, always hungry to try new things.  She grew up in sunny Southern California but decided to attend the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville to become a Razorback, just because of her love and appreciation for hogs, pigs and bacon.  Laura currently resides in New York City, where she traverses the city in search of exotic grocery stores that offer new types of bacon.
