Chef Kate McAloon, Chef to the "Stars" and beyond, was born with a "mixing spoon" in her mouth and a natural talent for creating food with amazing flavors. When asked what her specialty is she loves to say "FLAVOR!"

She attended cooking school and apprenticed at Roger Verge's Moulin De Mougins Restaurant on the French Riviera. She is also trained in Vegetarian, Vegan and "Special Diets". Kate uses Organic foods whenever possible, enjoys finding the freshest ingredients at Farmers Markets and uses "Super Foods" and Medicinal Herbs in her dishes creating healthy food that nourishes your body and soul and keeps your waist line slim.

Her clients love her food because it's healthy, delicious and very satisfying. Some of her clients include Orlando Bloom, Sheryl Crow, Courteney Cox and David Arquette, Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman, Gwyneth Paltrow and Meg Ryan.

Kate is working on a Cookbook to be called "CELEBRATE LIFE with GOOD FOOD, GOOD FRIENDS, GOOD HEALTH" that will have some of her client favorites including the Coconut "Blondie" that Gwyneth just loves and featured on her life style blog www.goop.com
